In-Home Consulting and Therapy Rates:Please contact ABC for current rates. Billable Hours & Fees:Bills will be sent out monthly and will include all services provided to your child and family. Payment should be made to Autism Behavioral Consulting and is due the 20 of each month. Late Payment:After 60 days from the date of billing, interest will begin to accrue on the total amount owed at a 12% annual rate. If payment has not been made after 90 days from the date of billing, ABC services may be terminated. Returned checks will result in an additional charge of $25 plus bank processing fees. Cancellation Policy:For all scheduled meetings and intervention sessions, families can cancel up to 8 A.M. of the morning of a scheduled visit. If a cancellation is not made by the indicated time, those hours may be billed. Habitual Cancellations:Consistency in therapy sessions is essential to the success of a child's program. Families who miss more than two consecutive sessions (with the exception of illness or pre-arranged with ABC), ABC reserves the right to terminate services. Child Sickness Policy:ABC will not work with children if they are running a fever, have an infection, or are thought to have any contagious illness. Please remember that mucus, which is any other color than clear, can be a sign of infection. Vacations:Any extended vacations (over 2 missed days) need to be notified to ABC at least two weeks prior to date of departure. Shorter vacations (1 missed day) need to be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the missed day. Special Reinforcers:If your child likes a special edible reinforcer or is on a special diet, please provide your own primary reinforcers to the consultant. Inclement Weather:ABC will follow the Vancouver School District when it comes to inclement weather and school closures. Consult the morning news to know if ABC will be open during bad weather. Insurance:If insurance covers services, they will be billed and have two months to pay their portion of the ABC bill. If that is not done, then the charges will be billed to the family’s account without interest. The standard time is allotted per ABC policy to make payment. Subsequent insurance payments will be credited to your account. Audra Jensen is a Registered Counselor in Washington State as well as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. ABC can provide you with the CPT codes or other information as needed to submit to insurance if you do it directly. Otherwise, ABC will bill insurance directly. |
